These scholarships are for male and female undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. To qualify, applicants must be US citizens or legal US residents. Students who have already obtained a bachelor's degree are not eligible. To apply, applicants must write an essay on a given topic about an issue affecting women in business today. Topics focus on confidence and risk, employee engagement in a world of competing demands, gender balance and the 21st century work environment. In addition to the prize money, the five finalists will be invited to an expense-paid trip to share their insights at the Womenetics Global Women’s Initiative conference in Chicago.
