This scholarship is for students who are currently enrolled in a public, independent, parochial, military, homeschool, or other high school in the United States (if not currently enrolled, please explain extenuating circumstances). Applicants must plan to enter an accredited four-year college or university within 12 months of the scholarship deadline. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
