This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and college undergraduates from the ARRL Rocky Mountain Division (Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have an active Radio License Class, attend a fully accredited US college or university, and be US citizens. Applicants must submit a letter of recommendation from a sitting officer of an ARRL-affiliated club attesting to the applicant's regular activity on the amateur radio spectrum and within the Amateur Radio community. The award includes a one-year ARRL membership for non-members.
