This scholarship is for current undergraduate students who are committed to their education and careers in the restaurant or foodservice industry while demonstrating strong entrepreneurial spirit. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA or a GED average standard score of 470 or higher, plan to use the scholarship in a foodservice-related program at a participating college or university (see website for a list of schools), be enrolled or plan to enroll as full-time or substantial part-time students taking a minimum of nine credit hours each term, and plan to be enrolled for at least the two upcoming consecutive semesters. Applicants also must be US citizens or permanent residents. Students may only receive one NRAEF scholarship per calendar year.
