This scholarship is for students who have an active Amateur Radio License Class. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside or attend a four-year university or college in Oklahoma. If no qualified students apply, preference will be given to residents or students of a four-year college or university in the ARRL West Gulf Division (Texas and Oklahoma). Applicants must be pursuing studies in the field of science, technology, or engineering.
