This is a college scholarship for women and members of the following minority groups: African Americans, Hispanics, or American Indians. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning majors enrolled in an approved Planning Accreditation Board (PAB) planning program, be US citizens, and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must intend to pursue careers as practicing planners in the public sector to be eligible for this scholarship. Consideration will also be given to academic achievement, professional presentation, letters of recommendation, and the geographic balance of awards during that year.
