This scholarship is for residents of California, Oregon, or Washington; or students attending college in one of those states. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to enroll as second-year college students in a US accredited four-year college or university as full-time, degree-seeking students in the Fall of 2012. Applicants must have a cumulative unweighted 3.0 GPA and be majoring in math, engineering, or science.
