This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from a high school in Charlotte-Mecklenburg, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, have a combined 1500 SAT score or minimum 21 ACT score, be US citizens, and demonstrate community involvement, including leadership roles. Applicants must enroll as full-time students for the fall and following spring semesters at one of the 16 campuses of the University of North Carolina (UNC). Assistance League of Charlotte members and their relatives are not eligible.
