This scholarship is for high school seniors who are attending a Buffalo Public High School in New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have an academic average of 80 or above and be matriculating at a four-year college or university to pursue a degree in teaching or a related field. Applicants must represent the ideals and characteristics of Jacqueline L. Morana: dedicated and involved in school and community; participates in school activities; volunteers their services to school and community; has foresight and integrity; takes daily responsibility as a challenge and rises to meet that challenge.
