This scholarship is for students currently enrolled at a two- or four-year California college or university for professions that are centered on or support a career in real estate transactional activity, such as Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Planning, Real Estate Law, or other fields of study the Trustees believe worthy of consideration. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a serious commitment to a real estate career, be enrolled at the time of application in a minimum of six units (at least one course must be real estate-related), must have completed a minimum of twelve college-level course units within the last four years (at least two courses must have been real estate-related), and have maintained a cumulative 2.6 GPA or higher from all colleges/universities attended.
