This scholarship is for students in the Nebraska Panhandle counties (Banner, Box Butte, Cheyenne, Dawes, Deuel, Garden, Kimball, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, Sheridan, and Sioux) and Goshen County, Wyoming. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a major in education or a health-care related field at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or institution. Applicants must have a 21 ACT score and enroll as full-time students. This scholarship is available to high school graduates, non-traditional students, and college upperclassmen.
