Scholarship Overview

These scholarships are for individuals who have been permanent residents of one of the following towns in Connecticut for 12 months prior to application: Bethlehem, Canaan (Falls Village), North Canaan, Colebrook, Cornwall, Goshen, Hartland, Harwinton, Kent, Litchfield, Morris, New Hartford, Norfolk, Salisbury, Sharon, Torrington, Warren, Washington, and Winchester/Winsted. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to enroll or be currently enrolled as full- or part-time students in an accredited college or university program leading to a bachelor's or advanced degree. Applicants must demonstrate financial need; be US citizens or have been issued an alien registration; and demonstrate good citizenship, character, leadership, and potential for academic success.
