Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for African-American high school seniors who are graduating in the spring of 2013. Both women and men are eligible to apply. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and attend high school and reside in the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area, which includes the Minnesota counties of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington. Children and grandchildren of current members of the Delta Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority are not eligible to apply.
