Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in Carroll County, Maryland, who have participated in the Carroll County 4-H Program and exhibited livestock at the 4-H Fair. To qualify, applicants must be accepted at an accredited college, university, or technical school. Applicants must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 and college-worthy SAT and ACT scores. Scholarships will be awarded based on academics, extracurricular activities, participation in 4-H, and financial need.
