This scholarship is for permanent residents of Colorado. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be between 17 (high school senior) and 40 years of age and principally reside in the state of Colorado while attending school. Applicants must also carry a course load of at least nine (9) credit hours and maintain satisfactory academic progress. In addition to a completed application form, applicants must submit a Federal Estimated Family Contribution (EFC), school transcripts, recommendation letter(s), and a personal essay.
