This scholarship is for students who are legally blind. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Strong preference will be given to new immigrants to the United States, and to those residing in the New York City metropolitan area. Applicants must reside in the United States, but need not be citizens of the United States. Along with the scholarship application, applicants must submit evidence of financial need, proof of US residence, and a description of their country of origin and reason for coming to the United States.
