This scholarship is for students who attend Rock Island High School in Rock Island, Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and enroll as full-time college students for the purpose of earning credits for a bachelor's degree. Applications will be evaluated on need (50%); merit will be evaluated by school activities, community and personal activities, and work experience (25%); and achievement will be evaluated by ACT/SAT testing and school transcripts (25%).
