This scholarship is for high school seniors and graduates who work at Highland Falls Country Club or Highlands Falls Community Association in Highlands, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be current permanent, seasonal, or contract workers at the country club working full-time (30 hours per week) and must be in at least their second season of full-time employment. Scholarship recipients must attend an accredited post-high school, nonprofit undergraduate educational program which includes vocational and technical schools as well as two- and four-year colleges, either public or private, within the United States. The primary criteria for these scholarships are financial need and academic achievement/potential; character, community service, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and work experience will be secondary criteria.
