This scholarship is for graduating seniors from the following counties in West Virginia and Ohio: Wood, Wirt, Jackson, Ritchie, Pleasants, Doddridge, Calhoun, Gilmer, Roane, Mason, Washington, Noble, Athens, and Meigs. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be seeking at least an associate's degree in a program related to manufacturing, transportation, logistics/distribution systems (or related program) at an accredited post secondary institution located in the state of West Virginia or within a 75-mile radius of the Hino manufacturing plant in Williamstown, West Virginia. Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA and a minimum 19 ACT score. Selection is based upon academic achievement and promise, leadership activities, and interest in the fields of business and manufacturing.
