This scholarship is for Hispanic students in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have at least one parent of Hispanic descent and live in Scotts County or have graduated from an accredited Scotts Bluff County high school. Applicants may be graduating high school seniors or college undergraduates who have not yet completed a bachelor's degree. They must also be US citizens.
