This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are children of active, regular full-time employee of Reynolds American, Inc. and its subsidiaries, currently including R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, R.J. Reynolds Global Products, Inc., Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc., American Snuff Company, LLC, and Lane, Limited. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and a transcript that reflects a challenging course selection, particularly in the physial sciences; demonstrate academic achievement, character, good citizenship, and qualities of leadership; and pursue an undergraduate degree in the physical sciences or engineering at accredited colleges in the US and Puerto Rico - majors include biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, astronomy, astrophysics, mechanical engineering, and geology.
