This scholarship is for high school seniors of Hispanic/Latino origin in the Chicagoland area in Illinois. To qualify, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale; have a minimum ACT score of 20 or SAT score of 1500; and attend a community college or university in the fall. To apply, applicants must submit a two-page essay on the following topic: "Explain why attending college is important to you, and the importance of becoming an active member of your community."
