To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have one or more lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender parent(s)/guardian(s). Applicants must reside in one of the nine Bay Area counties in California. Applicants must be 25 years of age or younger, be enrolled in an accredited postsecondary institution, and carry a full-time academic work load (minimum 12 units per term). They must also be willing to be publicly associated with COLAGE Horizons Foundation and the Scholarship Program. Application form, transcripts, and essay required.
