This scholarship is for graduating seniors and recent graduates of Harrisburg City public schools and surrounding districts in Pennsylvania. Preference is given to students of the Jewish faith. Undergraduate applicants are preferred but graduate students may apply. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend college on a full-time basis (12 or more credits for undergraduate or 9 or more credits for graduate study); have financial need; and must achieve a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale and maintain it throughout college in order to receive scholarship payments.
