This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors within the foundation's service area, including the following counties: Cedar, Clinton, Des Moines, Jackson, Scott, Muscatine, Johnson, Washington, Louisa, Van Buren, and Lee in Iowa; and Carroll, Rock Island, Mercer, Knox, Henry, and Whiteside in Illinois. This scholarship may be used to pay tuition only. Scholarships will be awarded based on financial need (75%), and merit will be evaluated by school activities, community and personal activities, and work experience (25%). Award amount will be doled out in equal $4,000 installments over the four years.
