This scholarship is for students in California who are involved in activities of public services to improve their community. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must show an average 2.8 GPA; demonstrate financial need; demonstrate involvement in the community; and be enrolled full-time at an accredited community college, four-year university, or graduate/professional program. Applicants must also attend an interview in Antioch, California, with the committee of Manos de Esperanza.
