This scholarship is for high school seniors at Arthur Hill High School, Saginaw High School, and Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy in Saginaw, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and have spent at least four semesters in choir or the voice/keyboard department. Applicants must plan to pursue an undergraduate degree in choral or keyboard music education or performance. Scholarship recipients must enroll full-time. Selection will be based on a 10-minutes-or-less audition tape in voice, piano, or organ; music achievements, honors, or awards; scholastic record; an essay on career goals; community involvement/leadership; and recommendations. Bonus points will be awarded based on the length of time spent studying in the voice/keyboard department at SASA or choir at Arthur Hill or Saginaw High School.
