Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for graduating seniors from a public school in Sangamon County, Illinois, that is located outside the cities of Springfield and Chatham. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be involved in at least two of the following extracurricular activities: sports, drama, music, art, speech or debate. Applicants must have at least one older sibling currently enrolled in college and/or at least one younger sibling who plans to attend college. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a minimum GPA of 3.2. Applicants must enroll as full-time students in the coming fall at an accredited community college or four-year college or university.
