This scholarship is for female and/or minority students who have applied and plan to attend an accredited college, university, or vocational school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating seniors from one of the eligible Dallas Independent School District high schools listed on the scholarship application. Applicants must have participated in the Education is Freedom program; have a minimum 3.0 GPA; have taken either the ACT or SAT; and be a US citizen or legal resident. Applicants must be a member of a minority group as defined by the DFW Airport M/WBE Program.
