This grant is for residents of Mississippi who are attending approved public and nonprofit two- and four-year eligible colleges or universities. To qualify, applicants must have a cumulative high school GPA of 2.5, or completion of a home school program, and have scored a minimum of 15 on the National ACT. Applicants must be accepted and enrolled full-time at an approved postsecondary institution in Mississippi and be pursuing their first certificate, first associate's degree, or first bachelor's degree.
