This scholarship is for high school seniors from public, private, and parochial schools who reside in these Southern California counties: Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, or Ventura. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the civil rights of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) population and be connected with to LGBT community in some way. Graduating students must be going on to pursue higher education.
