This grant is for high school graduates and GED recipients in North Dakota who meet campus admission requirements and enroll full-time in a North Dakota college or university. Also eligible are North Dakota residents who, because of physical or mental disabilities as certified by a physician, are attending postsecondary institutions out of state due to lack of special services or facilities, or both, necessary to meet the postsecondary educational needs of the disabled students within North Dakota. To apply, applicants must file the FAFSA, which serves as the application; deadline for priority consideration is April 15, but applications are accepted until funds are committed.
