This scholarship is for graduates of high schools in Wyandotte County, Kansas, or Clay or Platte County, Missouri. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been accepted to attend or be enrolled as undergraduates at an institution of higher education for a minimum of 12 hours per semester and be in good academic standing with the school they are currently attending. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and the qualities and attributes of Pastor Cobbins, Sr., which include the following: loving service to family and community; loyalty, hard work, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior; and a commitment to family, church, employer, and the community.
