This scholarship is for graduates of a public, private, or religious school in New Jersey. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be majoring in piano and have completed one year in the Department or School of Fine Arts at an HBCU. One letter of recommendation is to be submitted by an advisor, and a second letter of recommendation is to be submitted by the professor responsible for piano instruction. Scholarship applications are accepted throughout the year, and applicants may apply for more than one fund offered by the AKA-EAF.
