This scholarship is enrolled members of the Seneca Nation of Indians in New York, who comply with all rules and regulations that accompany the funding sources. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be matriculated in a degree-granting program (associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral), not be in default of a college loan current or clear, and be in good standing of college loan application.
