This scholarship is for minority students who are studying osteopathic medicine. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be from be an underrepresented minority group (African-American; Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian; mainland Puerto Rican, or Hispanic); be in good academic standing; and be currently enrolled in their first, second, or third year at an AACOM member college of osteopathic medicine. Also eligible are underrepresented minority students who are accepted and will enroll at one of the AACOM member colleges. One scholarship will be awarded to an incoming first-year student and one to a continuing student. Previous Arnstein Scholarship recipients are ineligible.
