This scholarship is for residents of Lincoln or Minnehaha County, South Dakota, and students attending school in one of those counties. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a school accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, and fit one of the following categories: 1) be enrolled full-time in a four-year college or university and have completed at least one year of undergraduate study; 2) be enrolled full-time in a graduate program; 3) be enrolled full-time in a two-year program at a vocational or technical school or community college and have completed at least one semester; or 4) be enrolled full-time in a two-year program at a vocational or technical school or community college, have completed at least one year, and plan to continue studying at a four-year college or university; in this case, the award will be paid to the college or university upon proof of enrollment. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in business and demonstrate understanding of the role of business in American society, motivation and ability to succeed in their chosen field of study, academic excellence, and community involvement.
