This scholarship is intended to support the postsecondary educational needs of children whose parents died in the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an academically accredited public or private educational (not proprietary) institution in the United States.
