To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must permanently reside in Illinois or Southern Wisconsin (Dane, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Kenosha, LaFayette, Milwaukee, Ozoukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Washington, or Waukesha County). High school seniors and college freshmen must have a 26 ACT/1170 SAT (or 1750 three-score equivalent) and a 3.3 GPA. College sophomores and juniors must have a 3.3 GPA.
