Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for Texas students who are enrolled as full-time students (12+ hours) in an undergraduate or higher degree program in civil engineering, public administration, chemistry, microbiology, business management, finance, or any public works or municipal government related field. Applicants may also be active members of the APWA Texas Chapter who are enrolled part-time (3+ hours) in an undergraduate or higher degree program, and they may also be high school seniors. Applicants must not have received an APWA Texas Chapter scholarship within the past 12 months.
