This scholarship is for full-time college freshmen and sophomores who are communications majors studying an area of broadcasting at a BEA Member two-year college. Also eligible are students attending a four-year member school who graduated from a two-year member school. To qualify, applicants should be able to show substantial evidence of superior academic performance and potential to be outstanding electronic media professionals. There should be compelling evidence that the applicants possess high integrity and a well-articulated sense of personal and professional responsibility.
