This scholarship is for African-American students from the Twin Cities Metro area (Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota), residing in one of the following counties: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Goodhue, Hennepin, Isanti, McLeoud, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Stearns, Washington, and Wright. To qualify, applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and attend or be accepted to a four-year accredited college. Applicants must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and demonstrate unmet financial need as verified by their college or university.
