This scholarship is for residents of Kalamazoo County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have, either through a plea bargain or conviction, been found guilty of a criminal offense and be able to document how they have overcome adversity and/or obstacles in their life. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled or plan to enroll in a vocational, technical, trade school, or a two- or four-year college or university full- or part-time.
