This scholarship is for Washington State high school seniors who have a history of achievement despite having been a victim of injury or overcoming a disability, handicap, or similar challenge. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have demonstrated academic achievement and planned advancement toward a degree in an institution; documented need for financial assistance; a record of commitment to helping people in need or protecting the rights of injured persons; and a plan or commitment to apply their education toward helping people.
