Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for ROTC students majoring in the following or C4I-related fields of electrical, computer, chemical, systems or aerospace engineering; electronics; computer science; physics; mathematics; science or mathematics education; technology management; foreign languages; global security & intelligence studies; security & intelligence; or international studies at accredited degree-granting four-year colleges or universities in the United States. Majors directly related to the support of U.S. national security enterprises (to include other technical majors) with relevance to the mission of AFCEA will also be eligible. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be at least second-year college students, enrolled full-time as sophomores or juniors at the time of application. Candidates must be nominated by the Professor of Military Science, Naval Science, Aerospace Studies, or designated Commanding Officer as appropriate. Applicants must be US citizens enrolled in ROTC, have good moral character, demonstrate academic excellence, exhibit the potential to serve as officers in the US Armed Forces, and have a financial need.
