Applicant must be a Cherokee Nation or United Keetoowah Band citizen; reside inside the Cherokee Nation jurisdictional area; be enrolled in an accredited four-year, postsecondary institution pursuing a degree in fine arts or art education (drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery, traditional beadwork & textiles); have a minimum 3.0 GPA; and submit three pictures of artwork for review.
