This scholarship is for graduating seniors who reside in Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Cumberland, Fentress, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Pickett, Roane, Scott, Sevier, or Union County, Tennessee. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be currently registered members of Boy Scouts of America, Great Smoky Mountain Council, with a minimum of three years participation as Boy Scouts. Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and plan to enroll full-time at an accredited public or private not-for-profit college or university.
