This fellowship is for new Americans or children of new Americans. Each fellowship supports up to two years of graduate study in any field and in any advanced degree-granting program in the United States. To qualify, applicants must be green card holders, naturalized citizens, or children of a parent who is a naturalized citizen as of the application date (other parent cannot be a US-born citizen).
