This scholarship is for children, legally adopted children, children of a spouse by a prior marriage, and dependent children of active duty US military, National Guard, or military reservists who were federalized and died on active duty on or after September 11, 2001. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or high school graduates and plan to attend an accredited institution of higher education in the United States on a full-time basis.
