This scholarship is for high school students graduating from Petoskey High School and homeschooled students in Petoskey. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must continue their education at a college, university, junior college, or community college. Selection will be based on academic performance and citizenship. Preference will be given to students who have participated in debate and/or forensics.
